On 12h July with Luberon Cœur de Provence :

Day began with a local breakfast in Hôtel Agar in Cavaillon. Breakfast was composed of Melon de Cavaillon, madeleines cooked by Maison Jarry and jus de Kookabarra. It was an excellent breakfast to gain strength before to go in our Méhari and visit the Luberon. First stop in Taillades, a beautiful village which possess the greatest water wheel of Vaucluse. Visiting Luberon also means discovering savors too. The best way is to meet passionate producers such as Domaine des Peyre . They produce refined wines. The day continues in Bergerie Restaurant in Maubec. The savors and colors of fresh food meld in the plate to make delicious dishes.

The afternoon began with a workshop. We made lavender small bags in Musée de la Lavande. An original activity to know all about this blue flower. Discover lavender fields is a must-see in Provence : so we went in the village of Gordes and we took a lot of pictures in lavender fields.

On the road we stopped in Goult, an authentic village to see Jerusalem windmill. Iconic monument, it reflects the local know-how. The day finished with a magnificent sunset in Oppède-le-Vieux with a local picnic composed by wines from Domaine de la Royère and cheeses from Naturellement paysan producers.
