Manosque

If you come back to our place for the end of your road trip, you can stop in Manosque. The writer Jean Giono lived in this charming town in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Its historic heart is full of Provencal treasures such as the narrow streets, the church and the squares. The visit is even better on Saturday market day. A destination of culture and heritage. Visit the L'Occitane en Provence factory. Guided, you will be introduced to the manufacturing process and cosmetics. All year round, they offer olfactory workshops. Sainte-Croix Lake

Without doubt the most famous lake and the one that makes the reputation of the Gorges du Verdon. The Lake of Sainte-Croix is a jewel of nature with its clear and turquoise water. Trade your Combi Van for a canoe or a small electric boat and go around the lake. Land on its beautiful pebble beaches, from the largest to the most intimate. For the more motivated, you can go around the lake by bike. The Gorges du Verdon promises you a green and quiet vacation!

Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon

Perched village overlooking the Verdon Lake, you can relax on the beach, canoe, pedal boat with the children or take a small electric. You will see the reflection of the village in the turquoise water.

Lake of Esparron

The Gorges du Verdon are composed of several lakes. The first one on your way is the Lake of Eparron. Smaller than the other two and wilder, it offers beautiful beaches and turquoise water. A good stop for a picnic or a swim.
